From the very first snowman, I spoke to DON on the phone. My experience went well. He was extremely patient and explaining possibilities to me about work that might need to be done. The answered all my questions. And then when we did pick up the car once again, he was patient and explaining what he believed the problem was the shop was clean. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable.

I cannot believe it, I won the lottery two days in a row. The first was with my Land Rover… I finally found a reliable establishment to fix an issue I had for over a year. Heights Auto Imports in Tampa. At the same time, I was looking for a place to fix my son‘s Dodge Ram,and as it turned out the sister business to “Heights” who fixed my Land Rover works on domestic vehicles. I called them up, and the next day took the pick up to them. Corey from Auto Works in Tampa was my service liaison and I have to tell you that, again, I have never felt so good about bringing my vehicle in to get serviced. Not only are they incredibly organized, the office is immaculate, the knowledge of the service technicians is outstanding. They took my vehicle in and the following day told me exactly what needed to be done, gave me an estimated price that was incredibly reasonable. Then, with all the work they had to do my vehicle was fixed the following day and ready for pick up.. I have never felt this good about bringing vehicles into a garage(s) to be repaired. I now have a reliable service group for both my vehicles… And I highly highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their cars fixed, and I

I had a great experience at AutoWorks of Tampa when I brought my Mini Cooper in for service. Scheduling my appointment online was incredibly easy, and I appreciated receiving confirmation by both email and text. The check-in process was smooth, and the service was quick, professional, and efficient. One thing that really stood out was how organized everything was. They emailed me a detailed invoice and receipt outlining all of the work that was completed, which made it easy to keep for my records. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and professional mechanic, I highly recommend Auto Works of Tampa. I’ll definitely be returning for future service!

Here’s a polished review you can post: I had a great experience with Auto Works of Tampa. They fixed the AC in my car, and it’s blowing cold again. The price was very reasonable, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Corey was the one who helped me, and he was professional, honest, and very down to earth. What really stood out was that they even followed up a few days after the repair to make sure everything was still working properly and that I was satisfied. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. I highly recommend Auto Works of Tampa if you’re looking for quality work at a fair price.

I was referred to AutoWorks of Tampa, so I gave them a call. I honestly wasn’t expecting someone to actually take the time to listen to my whole story, but Cory did. He was very helpful and clearly explained the diagnostic process and the cost. At first I thought the price seemed a little high, but this was something I’d never had done before and my car is 10 years old, so I scheduled an appointment for Friday morning. My Mercedes ended up needing the thermostat replaced, and Cory also recommended a BG GDI Platinum Induction Service. My car wasn’t finished by the end of the day Friday, (as expected) but they let me know the mechanic would come in on his day off (Saturday) to finish it so the car would be ready Monday morning. After receiving the diagnostic report, I completely understand why they charge what they do. The report literally told me EVERYTHING about my car in detail. When I arrived, I was greeted right away and everything was explained thoroughly. Hopefully I won’t need repairs again anytime soon, but if I do, I won’t take my car anywhere else. Thank you Cory and everyone who worked on my car. As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, I felt very comfortable wit
